We’re here to help; from reviewing your account to see if you’re on the right track to setting up and building each of your Conversio tools for your store.

There are 3 services to choose from:

What is it?

It sounds exactly like what it is – we check through your Conversio account
and see if there is room for improvement. After we have completed our review,
our expert team will create a checklist of items to be set up or reviewed.
It’s also totally up to you if you want us to make the changes we suggest,
and we can advise you on costs depending on the amount of work to be done.

Who is it for?

This service is people that want a report on what still needs setting up or
improving in their Conversio account. From here you can complete the work on your
own or use our Build or Strategy service. Should you choose another of our
services, the cost of your review will be refunded when you spend $30 or more.

What is it?

We’ll take care of building your emails, helping you create beautiful
and high-performing campaigns to help your store succeed. Pick one of our
Build packages, choose a selection of emails you need help with, or combine
the two to build your perfect package. This is a one-off cost service to help
you set up emails in Conversio.

Who is it for?

Customers choose our Build option when they have no time to set up their
Conversio account themselves or want to get expert help (over 10 years’ ecommerce
and email experience) to ensure their efforts are successful. It also gives us
the opportunity to apply our marketing know-how to your setup right from the start.

How quickly can I get this service?

It will depend on the size of the queue, but usually within 5 working days or less in a majority of cases.

How do I pay for Build?

Payment is taken by card at the end of the application form.

If I change my site's theme, will I lose my widget setup and can you reapply it to my new theme?

Your widget setup is mostly saved within Conversio though we may occasionally apply some extra custom styles to your theme's stylesheet to help it fit into its environment. If you do choose to change your theme, the widget code would need to be reapplied, which would incur another setup fee.

Can I give feedback to change the design, and how many rounds of changes can I have?

We want you to be happy with the designs we create for you, so you can make up to 3 rounds of changes to them before they are signed off and put live.

I've already created some of the emails already so you only need to edit them a little bit... can I get a discount?

Editing design and content can take just as long as creating the emails from scratch, so unfortunately we can't offer a discount if we’re editing an email you've already designed. We can always audit your account and see whether we think it needs editing.

What is it?

Need help with developing a strategy or working towards a goal for your email marketing?
Whether it’s helping you to build your customer lists or maximising sales during Black Friday,
we’re here to help you. This is our consulting service, which is charged on an hourly basis.
We’ll discuss your needs and requirements and agree on a budget. You simply pay upfront
for a fixed number of hours and we’ll get to work on your project.

Who is it for?

This service is for customers that want to be involved in their marketing decisions with
the help of a team of professionals, e.g. if you want to grow your list, you
want to maximize Black Friday sales or you simply want to learn how to increase
your newsletter open and click rate.
