How does Newsletter pricing work?
Every tier has a number of free sends every month. If you want to send more than those newsletters, you’ll be charged $0.01 per email for every recipient that exceeds the free sending limit.
Am I charged per email?
No. Our pricing tiers are based on the number of completed orders your store processes each month. You can send an unlimited number of follow-ups, abandoned cart emails, and campaigns.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
If your account needs to move to a new tier, we’ll let you know 7 days before the end of your current 30-day billing period. We’ll never prevent your emails from being sent out, even if you’re currently exceeding your plan limits.
Can I downgrade?
Yes, if your store is processing fewer orders than the tier you’re currently in, we will automatically downgrade your account to the correct tier.
How do you calculate the number of orders in a month?
We calculate this based on the number of orders processed during a 30-day billing period. E.g., if your plan began on Jan 15, we’d calculate the orders received between Jan 15 and Feb 14.
