Our Follow-Up emails cheatsheet is a collection of 12 emails you should be sending to your customers and a guide on how you should do it.
Every one of the 12 emails we’ll be covering will have a primary goal (revenue generating or engagement) and they’ll have a focus in terms of how direct and short-term or indirect and long-term they are. Some emails might also be a combination of all of these, but it will be helpful to you in determining your Lifecycle Marketing strategy if you were to identify a primary goal for each email.
We’ve classified these follow-up emails into five blocks, the welcome series, post-purchase series, win-back campaign, abandoned cart campaign and anniversary email.
