    Conversio was formed in 2015 by our Co-Founders and Directors, Paul Wilkins and Andy Chittock, with a core focus on data-led experimentation.

    Collectively, our mission is to become a benchmark in our industry, providing opportunities that can shape careers. Our vision is to be the authority that experts rely on and aspire to join.

    Through our work, we aim to deliver exceptional online experiences and create value, impact and meaning through our work. We work hard to achieve this, but we also enjoy our time together and try not to take life too seriously.
